MAMSTR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMSTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMSTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, PAFAH1B3, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with MAMSTR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMSTR-to-partner and partner-to-MAMSTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAMSTR versus SEC23B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMSTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMSTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
