Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P7, OR10AA1P, and SHISA5P1. Each is linked with MALT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P7 grouped by MALT1-low versus MALT1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
