MALL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,978 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHBP1_S1058, UBAP1_S146, and SERPINB5. Each is linked with MALL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALL-to-partner and partner-to-MALL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALL versus EHBP1_S1058 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
