MALL

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MALL RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MALL data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MALL RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MALL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, UVM, and MESO are the cancer types where MALL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
