MALL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-23, LINC01810, and RNU7-107P. Each is linked with MALL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALL-to-partner and partner-to-MALL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-23 grouped by MALL-low versus MALL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
