Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAILR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,211 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAILR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL3, RPL7A, and RPS6. Each is linked with MAILR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAILR-to-partner and partner-to-MAILR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAILR versus RPL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
