Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAILR RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAILR data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MAILR RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAILR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and UCEC show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where MAILR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
