MAGI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, TCP10L2, and NR2C1. Each is linked with MAGI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGI1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADH1B grouped by MAGI1-low versus MAGI1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
