Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGEB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL697P, TK1, and FCER1A. Each is linked with MAGEB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB4-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL697P grouped by MAGEB4-low versus MAGEB4-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
