MAGEB18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEB18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEB18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD20A6P, NAALADL2-AS1, and HMGN1P15. Each is linked with MAGEB18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEB18-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEB18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD20A6P grouped by MAGEB18-low versus MAGEB18-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEB18→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEB18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
