MAGEB18

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAGEB18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAGEB18 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher MAGEB18 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAGEB18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and OV show a favorable association.

SCLC, CESC, and ACC are the cancer types where MAGEB18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
