MAGEA4-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,373 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA4-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Telomerase RNA localization, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with MAGEA4-AS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA4-AS1 results are reported.
