MAGEA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 698 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIPA1L1_S255, TMEM219, and TP53BP1_T543. Each is linked with MAGEA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
