Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,106 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-sugar metabolic process, Regulation of cellular respiration, and Translational initiation. Each is linked with MAGEA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA1 results are reported.
