MAGEA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, SMIM28, and ZNF831. Each is linked with MAGEA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
