Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,767 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAEL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, LTB4R_S314, and RREB1. Each is linked with MAEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAEL-to-partner and partner-to-MAEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAEL versus DAB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
