MADCAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADCAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,421 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MADCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBLAC1, CCDC78, and LINC01089. Each is linked with MADCAM1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-MADCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MADCAM1 versus MBLAC1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MADCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MADCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
