Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L1BP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L1BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX25, RNF8, and CDC25A. Each is linked with MAD2L1BP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L1BP-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L1BP results are reported.
