MACROH2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROH2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROH2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR150, MIR1291, and RNU6-503P. Each is linked with MACROH2A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR150 grouped by MACROH2A2-low versus MACROH2A2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROH2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROH2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
