Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACROH2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACROH2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4 and RUFY4. Each is linked with MACROH2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by MACROH2A2-low versus MACROH2A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
