MACROH2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROH2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,047 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROH2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM3B, MACROH2A1_T129, and YTHDC2. Each is linked with MACROH2A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACROH2A1 versus KDM3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROH2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROH2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
