MACIR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,016 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACIR_S25, MACIR_S167, and IKBIP. Each is linked with MACIR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACIR-to-partner and partner-to-MACIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACIR versus MACIR_S25 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
