Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACIR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRS2, ARHGAP32_S738, and ESRP2_S573. Each is linked with MACIR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACIR-to-partner and partner-to-MACIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACIR versus IRS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
