Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACIR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1305P, LINC01400, and NUP35P2. Each is linked with MACIR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACIR-to-partner and partner-to-MACIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1305P grouped by MACIR-low versus MACIR-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
