M6PR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, M6PR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M6PR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRAP, CMAS, and HEBP1. Each is linked with M6PR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M6PR-to-partner and partner-to-M6PR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, M6PR versus STRAP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (M6PR→partner) and Y-score (partner→M6PR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
