M1AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, M1AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,155 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M1AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK1, FCER1G, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with M1AP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M1AP-to-partner and partner-to-M1AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, M1AP versus DOK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (M1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→M1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
