M1AP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, M1AP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,114 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M1AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C68, RNU2-27P, and RNU6-720P. Each is linked with M1AP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M1AP-to-partner and partner-to-M1AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C68 grouped by M1AP-low versus M1AP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (M1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→M1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
