Across TCGA cell cohorts, M1AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,966 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M1AP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Male meiosis chromosome segregation, Meiotic chromosome separation, and Meiotic DNA double-strand break formation. Each is linked with M1AP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M1AP-to-partner and partner-to-M1AP results are reported.
