M1AP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, M1AP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible M1AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2K2, IFNA8, and ACSM4. Each is linked with M1AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M1AP-to-partner and partner-to-M1AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2K2 grouped by M1AP-low versus M1AP-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (M1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→M1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
