LYZL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 486 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYZL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSXP4, RN7SL354P, and SNRPEP7. Each is linked with LYZL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZL2-to-partner and partner-to-LYZL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSXP4 grouped by LYZL2-low versus LYZL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYZL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYZL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
