LYPLAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,783 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP126, RIMKLBP2, and IARS2. Each is linked with LYPLAL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLAL1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPLAL1 versus CFAP126 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
