Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUX4L18, RPS4Y2, and FAM155B. Each is linked with LYPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD5-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD5 versus DUX4L18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
