Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AFAP1L2, DLGAP1, and KCNIP1. Each is linked with LYPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD1-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPD1 versus AFAP1L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
