Q-omics provides the consensus-scored HSPE1P14 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. HSPE1P14 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, HSPE1P14 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, HSPE1P14 RNA expression shows 8,668 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight KICH, THCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where HSPE1P14 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
