Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,749 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Maintenance of cell number. Each is linked with HSPE1P14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P14-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P14 results are reported.
