LXN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LXN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,698 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM3, MEDAG, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with LXN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LXN-to-partner and partner-to-LXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LXN versus JAM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
