Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LXN RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LXN data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LXN RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LXN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SARC show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where LXN RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
