LXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, H2AB2, and IL9RP4. Each is linked with LXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LXN-to-partner and partner-to-LXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by LXN-low versus LXN-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
