LVRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LVRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LVRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, GPRIN1, and RCC1. Each is linked with LVRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LVRN-to-partner and partner-to-LVRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by LVRN-low versus LVRN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LVRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LVRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
