Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMH, DCD, and CLRN1. Each is linked with LTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTK-to-partner and partner-to-LTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMH grouped by LTK-low versus LTK-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
