LTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOD3_S195, WIPF1, and AOX1. Each is linked with LTF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTF-to-partner and partner-to-LTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTF versus SOD3_S195 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
