Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,696 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASMTL, TRIM9, and HTRA2. Each is linked with LTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTF-to-partner and partner-to-LTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTF versus ASMTL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
