Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,112 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of single-species biofilm formation, Negative regulation of single-species biofilm formation, and Regulation of single-species biofilm formation in or on host organism. Each is linked with LTF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTF-to-partner and partner-to-LTF results are reported.
