Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, REG1B, and OR52E2. Each is linked with LTF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTF-to-partner and partner-to-LTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by LTF-low versus LTF-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
