LTA4H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTA4H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTA4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, CRYBB2P1, and NDUFAF5. Each is linked with LTA4H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTA4H-to-partner and partner-to-LTA4H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by LTA4H-low versus LTA4H-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTA4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTA4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
