Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTA4H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTA4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, CFHR2, and LILRA1. Each is linked with LTA4H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTA4H-to-partner and partner-to-LTA4H results are reported.
