LSS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MANF, DHCR7, and CD74_S8. Each is linked with LSS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSS-to-partner and partner-to-LSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSS versus MANF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
