LSS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,568 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELP5, PSMD9, and LINC02559. Each is linked with LSS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSS-to-partner and partner-to-LSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELP5 grouped by LSS-low versus LSS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
