Across TCGA cell cohorts, LSS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, SRSF12, and MS4A14. Each is linked with LSS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSS-to-partner and partner-to-LSS results are reported.
