LSM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,844 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRRAP, GTF3C4, and WDR5. Each is linked with LSM8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM8-to-partner and partner-to-LSM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM8 versus TRRAP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
